Looking for LTL near Nashville to escape food service

I've been at a mail hauling company since December in Sioux Falls. They keep reorganizing the routes, but when I get 50+ hours it's a good job. Home every day and unbelievably easy for $35 an hour. We just got a guy who had been with Fed Ex for 23 years, and left because it became inconsistent. Had to break the news to him.

Trucker perspective is quite something. This place is a literal paradise compared to Sysco, in pay, work, equipment maintenance, everything. But they can't keep drivers because their dispatchers are so untrustworthy and management keeps reorganizing stuff and thus cutting people's hours.

My coworkers talk about the company like they're in Nam.
