Werner was driving on ice and ignored TX law to get off the highway..indisputable fact.

Werner should not have been out there and missed a dozen opportunities to do so indisputable fact.

This is what happens when idiots think that they don’t have to obey what the Texas CDL manual requires for CMV’s

Had Werner not ignored protocol for driving on ice in Texas the vehicle sliding across the median would never have the truck and all occupants likely would be alive and well today.

Good luck to Werner with their SC review. I don’t see it going well for them. Will the TX SC just dismiss the TX CMV manual and send a message that it’s okay to ignore it. All while dismissing what Texas State Troopers testimony.

No the fact of the matter is, Werner was not at fault… it’s clear as day she was 100% at fault. She was driving too fast for conditions lost control of vehicle and went across the median into oncoming traffic… Let’s say you have somebody come across the highway and hit you head on. I guess you’re at fault too…

 

The bridge was under no requirement to exit the roadway.
