Absolutely not!!! They can go hump a cactus. And we are selling that rattle trap. We were talking about selling it for a year or so all ready, it’s needs in the last week just made that a guarantee. Last Thursday, it left my brother sit on a 4 lane, thankfully he was close to the job, and they brought a dozer out and drug him in the lane. Loose wire in the fuse box. He scrounged through the foreman’s service truck and found a but connector, and did awful things in there, but got it home. Next morning, it wouldn’t start, but when I took the whole fuse panel out and shook it while someone else held the key, it would start… then the blower motor quit. We aren’t putting one cent more than necessary into it to sell it

 

I don't recall needing my birth certificate. Just my license and SS card.
You should call them and find out. Plus, you might as well get your TWIC card while you're there.
Didn't need an appointment either. Just showed up.
But I guess things can be a little different in South Georgia.
