pizza and soda are write offs. you are outside of your home zip code on business. normally our per diem pay takes care of that but since you are owner op you need to keep the receipt and submit them to your accountant. I just got my TRL should be at my 99 by 0300. im letting rush hr traffic die before leaving FDC.

Let's see... Waited 9 hrs for the disassembled chicken load. Once on the road the trailer lights went out, had to get them fixed. On the way out of the OK City petro I found a huge pothole in the parking lot which damaged a trailer tire that didn't choose to show itself till Kansas City. Got that replaced and fell short on hours for making my 99. Call the broker to resked and the next thing I know the load is gettin repowered. Pissed off 2 l/o's in the process. For some reason these guys tend to want to talk to me... 1st one asks how my miles are, so I tell him 3200-3500 a week, he huffed and puffed and muttered nasty things and left. 2nd one was the guy I was swapping loads with. He got the rest of the 200mi on my load and I got his 700mi load.

So I'm in Napolean OH tonight, del in the AM then p/u in Defiance and head to AL.

Mileage for the week... 3000. Not bad considering last Wednesday I was attempting to do a reset.

Ya.. My truck is breakin itself.. Stinkin mont eagle got me.. I was pushin hard today to try an make up time that I lost.. Ahh.. Either way I'm getting my smoking habbit looked at too.. So maybe my mpgs and pullin power will get better..

Ya.. I save all my recipts.. I'm about to go insane tho.. 3210 miles and a 437 paycheck.. But they did hold out 237 matinence... 195 in reefer.. My payroll person sucks man... Geez..

No ma'am.. Her name is marty.. Here lately she's kinda been slacking on doing what needs to be done.. Holding reefer fuel out.. No paying me back for lumper.. Those right there add up big time..

 

Well since I was involved in a wreck with a 4 wheeler yesterday, my answer is yes, its wrong to wish it upon a 4 wheeler. Was on a 2 lane rd in KS and this car just came right over into my lane. Immidiately headed for the ditch but didn't make it. She caught my tlr tandems. I prevented a head on and she is still alive with a broken arm and head lacerations BUT, she IS alive. 2 non preventables, in 2 years. Not very good good, eh.

 

my guy was just plain stupid. There was no way he could pass me and the 2 cars ahead of him in that little space.
