Percentage pay, I think 26% to start, a ton of scrap, nice equipment, home weekends, talked to them years ago, seem like they run a pretty tight ship and expect you to do your job. I’ve been pulling end dumps for 8 years in the south and used to see them more regularly than I do now. I do believe they do a lot of northeast freight through all of the seasons. Heavy trucks so that will affect your pay on certain loads. I’ve never worked there, but have observed for years.
