During the drive, what do you listen to in the radio (if applicable)?

You didn’t think that through before posting :)

Probably why I’m an expert truck driver!

For me music is a trigger to drink so I save it for home time.

I listen to podcast and audiobooks... but alot of times I sit there and talk to myself. Or just sit there and let the mind wander. Driving is almost like a form of mediation for me.
Until the tards come along and ruin the vibes

    And they will come!
Saturday night into Sunday morning is the best time to drive. They seem to always sleep in on Sunday morning.

I listen to the rattles in my 2025 Mack Anthem and try to figure out where they’re coming from :)

I actually do know what the 60HZ cycle hum is, I used to get it alot in an old stereo system I built and of course what Zappa's song was.

just a catchy phrase I used, didn't mean to offend your sensibility.

not going to coach me on the improper use of Zen???

Cascadia drivers listen to the beat of their cabinets shaking, hahaha.

I used to drive one, nothing could drown that noise out.

I get a bunch of podcasts and I have 1555 songs on my iPhone. I also listen to live streams of a couple of great radio stations like WWOZ in New Orleans.

I can’t imagine listening to talk radio or something like that all day. It would just become background noise to me. I listen to Audible a lot. Mostly true survival stories. I don’t do much of the made up stories. I hear enough made up stuff from other drivers. I also just like to drive in silence a lot and think about how any other business I could be in would probably end up failing.
