It would be good to clear all faults and then see which ones return. Those after 14 are likely stored
faults.
Sensor voltage high faults often indicate wiring issues, and low voltage faults are often the sensor.
Voltage faults though will not cut RPM. You may have multiple issues

Drove it for a bit, did fine with the light on for a while but then it cut RPMs again. Ugghhh

probably a bad ground from ecm to battery's but id pitch the dd2 ecm and put a dd3 or 4 ecm on it

there's 2 hot and 2 grounds that run back to battery box i had a international that had the ground ate up with the corrosion that did very similar to your problems

X2 on ecm upgrade . A lot of ddec2 ecms have internal battery issues due to age and end causing a variety of issues . Power fuses and grounds are about all you can check . PS we used to add a extra ground from battery to engine back in the day it helped some with issues plus it’s inexpensive.
