That looks pretty legit for $250 a month. If they have good cameras in place that would lower my concern about people borrowing things from my truck when it’s there.

I understand your goals, so this is only my opinion. If I were planning to park my truck there, since it’s already a decent trip from downtown, I’d look for housing south of there to make the commute easier. But I’m also older than you so I view things differently from the lens of what makes my life simpler. The last thing I’d want to do when I park my truck is jump in the car and go across Memphis to get home. That’s me though, so my choices would be different.
