MX13 epa13 oil leak ccv

2017 Pete 579 mx13 epa13 a late 2016 I think.
Oil pouring out ccv tube. Normally I'd say plugged up filter. But I recon this does not have a filter .
So this spinner , If it is stuck, could I just pour some dpf cleaner down one of the hoses to clean out gunk ?
Is so, where would that cleaner end up going ?

 

I'm going to change oil filters. I did notice pressure was running quite hi when going over 65. Usually around 65lbs but going up to 70 or more.
Thought maybe forcing oil where it don't belong.
Also when I run this tank fuel out I will pour in another bottle Lucas deep clean. Just ran one through it.
I usually put it in about every 3 months. But did not for a long time now.
I've not had any dpf or clogged EGR tube problems while using it. I had DPF cleaned at 550k and they said it did not really need it yet. So Lucas must clean good
