696 miles today. An unload, a trailer swap, an unload and a reload. Pointed toward KC in Iowa and I’m gonna get rubber rolling early and try to duck out before noon. @Arctic_fox Bogler has a clay pit in Warrenton that starting April 14th all clay to Chanute, Mason City and Logansport is going to come out of. I loaded there yesterday and it’s a windy typical Missouri back road to get to, but once there they have an ungodly amount of clay, and I wouldn’t begin to guess how deep the pit is they’re pulling it out of. It’s quite impressive. @Trashtrucker1707 hows my favorite Floridian end dumper doing down there?

Favorite Floridian end dumper? Dang, quite the compliment @motocross25 ‘preciate it. Things have been decent, busy, got mighty hot this week but we’re looking for a cool down next week hopefully. Been doing the norm, little more fertilizer than usual, but that’s ok I tend to like that more than some of the other stuff we do. Dropped this AM up in middle GA, now sitting back in FL to load some more going out towards Pensacola for Monday. Hope yall have a good weekend, stay safe. IMG_1590.jpeg

Nice and yea im sitting at home atm. They have had me boinceing around the kc to SD area for a bit while we wait for new slack adjusters. Remimber that one i had fixed by loves? They installed it upside down and the wrong one as well as the wrong brake can.

So they are trying to keep me close. Sad thing is my place up in SD doesnt have heat atm and i dont have an APU. So i got a Mr.Buddy set up in my rig where im hideing atm lol.

Rock to Wichita, salt to Iowa and brick chips from Iowa to Nebraska. Setting up down the road waiting to load another one. What’s everyone else doing?

Fertilizer out west above Pensacola, ran up to Elmore and made it down to Dothan last night. Ran that rock below Daytona beach then went back up to Jax and loaded asphalt for Sarasota, 88K, backroad running so I’ll get up 2:30AM to get it down there before traffic goes nuts, I’ll reload fertilizer after that going back to north Florida, then rock back out of jax back to Daytona. Sounds much busier than it really is, good steady running gets the job done :)

Gotta unload in Colby KS in morning. Supposed to reload at a farm in St Francis KS. Need a washout. So far everything I've found is 200 plus miles from here to washout and on to shipper. It's only 73 miles directly from here to the shipper. A 130 mile or so outta route is gonna be the start of what's shaping up to be a long day. Once I get loaded I'll be headed over to Utah for Friday delivery and a pickup. Then headed over to North Eastern Indiana for Monday morning. They want it Sunday, but I don't see that happening.

Brick chips off and shred from Omaha to Davenport IA. Then glass back to KC. I’ve seen enough of I-80 across Iowa this week to last me a while.

Kind of a waste of a day for me, load home fell through so I relaxed for a bit on the water, the older I get the more I TRY to take in the simpler things in life. IMG_1594.jpeg
