Best Truck Stops in the country

I got food poisoning there

 

the restaurant is okay but other than that it’s kind of a “I’ve seen it once and that’s enough” type of place.

 

I can't believe nobody mentioned Buc-ees...

It can be very convenient, with all the other nearby stops that fill up fast at night.

 

Always find parking, 24 hour diner

 

Jimmies Red Onion I 10 exit 256 Madison Fl. Plenty of parking and a decent diner.

 

It has been a minute or two since I was there last. Probably 10 years. So I am going to make a slight detour on my way back from NorCal and stop there on my Cali trip next month. It is on my bucket list of places to walk into just once more while I still can.

 

Jimmie's T/S was always one of my all time favorite truck stops. Old world flair, a sit down restaurant and great food and servers. It is just the right size lot and not like the super size truck stops.

 

Got me some good memories of great food and good nights sleep there.
