STC & Hot Spot are private fleets I see when I'm at the racks in Spartanburg. B&B is also a private fleet that has expanded into Spartanburg within the past year or two but they do load out of Charlotte too. APC *could* be a private fleet, they operate similar to Landstar where companies lease under their authority for insurance purposes.

 

LLC Contractors in the OH/WV area will apparently train drivers with no hazmat experience. Another one is Jacobs Petroleum in southwest PA, but reading the reviews on Indeed, they seem to have a high turnover rate despite paying decent. However, ai’m contemplating moving up there to at least get hired on and get experience.
