I can only recommend it based on what I've read from news reports and some driver comments. Probably a good choice for those not wanting to pull reefers. Furniture loads are easy from my experience. Customer unloads. Driver may have to shove it to the rear of the trailer. That's easy to do on wood floors and furniture in cardboard boxes. I've unloaded trailer loads of refrigerators like that and it was easy and didn't need any help. Cardboard boxes slide easily on smooth wood trailer floors. Ask Ashley if driver tailgates the loads. I sure wouldn't let that stop me though.
Gave me a little exercise after sitting/driving for hours.

China, add Quality Logistics to your notes. They're based out in the Denver area. That's another dry van company that pretty much stays west. I haven't seen them come no farther east than maybe Kansas City if my memory serves me right.

    Chinatown Thanks this.

Danny Herman is trash! You like driving 67mph then sitting in a dock for 4 hours (no detention pay) I guess that gives you time to read the Bible and accept that God has decided to. Pay you 48 cent a mile

Quality Logistics is NOT good. It’s run like a private fleet for a handful of customers and it’s common for trucks to be sitting 3-4 days a week with available time to drive just waiting on loads for those handful of customers.. Average miles is 2000 a week. They pay every 2 weeks. They care nothing about the drivers. No Per Diem, there’s just really no good reason to work for them, and they don’t care if you work for them or not, they’ll just keep posting on Craigslist non stop like they’ve been doing for the last year.

Marten also has great healthcare. They had a lower premium and deductible than my old union job. Getting decent healthcare benefits seems to hard to find OTR
