I don't understand? The guy interviewed claims as the truck was crossing, the gates came down, and the truck was stuck? He says nothing the driver could do?

Has to be a mechanical issue versus the truck driver being scared to rip those crossing gates down.... Atleast I hope...

I don't know why, but it always kills me that the witnesses in these situations always just sit there and film instead of making any attempt to do anything.

I mean, obviously there's not much they can do, but still... you'd think they could at least get off their arse and see if the driver is alive and/or out of the truck or something??? :dontknow:

Guys...they're meant to be broken in case of an emergency. it won't even damage your truck. run through the #### thing.

Trucking company is going to be on the hook for new railroad crossing signal equipment, that utility pole and the damage to the locomotive (Motive Power HSP-46 series).

Was the truck disabled? I didn't see any attempt from the driver to move the truck from the crossing.

If you wrap toilet paper around the driver of the truck, he will never be able to break free.
