    CDL holders nationwide are already subject to a one-year suspension of their CDL for DUI/DWI based on state law. Part 383, Table 1. That article is a bit misleading because it makes it appear that a person operating a CMV is not violating rules with a .04. Part 383 does say this, but Table 1, right at the top, also says per state law. Maryland law just repeats federal rules already established.
