I don't know about the Swift situation, but one time last summer we didn't get paid on the regular payday due to a system mistake, bank might have been hacked or something. But the company let everyone know immediately there was a problem and if we needed money just come into the office and they would cut you a check on the spot.We got the normal direct deposit the following Monday.Something happened to the data transfer when the company sent in the payroll. There was a holiday that week also so there was 1 less day for the accounting to happen and data transfered. After that a lot of times our direct deposit would get to our bank account a day before payday.

I go past the Covenant/TEL yard, outside Indy, everyday. There’s easily over 1K units on that property. I wonder the same.

You gotta love being retired, best thing in the world. I dont know what happened to Swifty. Hope they get there act together. No Doubt, no pay, no work.

I remember years ago, a buddy went to work one day, and a HUGE FREAKIN chain on the gate, no warning, no notice. And the worse part
And i dont know how he NEVER checked it, but the company did`nt put in for his Pension. I dont know how he couldnt check something like that. But he took them to court, and got $300 a month for life. I really felt for the guy. that hurts. But you have to check on a regular basis. I did it by the book, and the payoff was outstanding, allong with my Social Security. He said they paid on a regular basis, health insurance. Still dont understand it.

That's a little unfair to say. We don't know anybody's situation.

No we don’t but maybe it can be a wake up call for those that are in that position to better themselves going forward.

You better stop with crazy talk like that. Klarna just announced a couple weeks ago that broke people will be able to put DoorDash on payments.
