Dual Rainbow

Nice . Always love a good rainbow shot.. seen a full double rainbow couple weeks back out in nevada.. caught the start of one in wyoming couple years ago

 

Have only seen double rainbow a couple of times.

My best was seeing actual "end" of rainbow on 70 west of Denver into mountains.

I was always under the impression that you could never see the end of a rainbow.

End was between fairly close mountain on left & road in the open range... Never seen before & have never anything like it since. Was only a few hundred yards to the left.

The temptation to pull over & kick some leprechaun ### for the pot of gold was almost overwhelming! LOL

I did, in fact, pull over to take some pictures. Lost pics with a phone change at one point, but still hoping they survived in a back up I might have somewhere.

One of the unique memories I got out of trucking. Seeing the actual "end of the rainbow". Consider it a "once in a lifetime" thing.

No #### leprechauns, though.....

I think they lied to us with the stories!

And, proof you sometimes CAN see the end of the rainbow.

Pretty close to what I mentioned seeing earlier in CO.

No #### Leprechauns or gold then, either. Mmmmmmphh.

Nice!! I remember my 1st double rainbow and I swore I was very close to it. I could see the oils at the end of it.....

Somewhere off US 63 in Missouri about 5 years ago!! I was so excited!!
