1) This bill is not only aimed at foreign truck drivers, but American truck drivers as well. The fines, if I heard the video correctly, are $500 and $1,000.
2) The bill also includes provisions about having a proper CDL along with having other proper documentation needed by the truck driver.
3) Truck drivers, like the rest of the population, probably don't have that much cash at their disposal.

Those who are illireate better take some night school courses if they're driving commercial trucks through Arkansas. They should bring this to Canada excluding Quebec.

Why exclude Quebec?? Doesn't Quebec have maps, newspapers, road signs, paper work for shipping & receiving clerks, etc.??
