I was cruising down a freeway in Commiefornia one time and the right steer came off of the rim and I just happened to see it bouncing down the number 3 lane. Made a quick stop and ran down the shoulder and brought it back. Called a service out and put it on a new rim and away I went.

 

Hope everyone is doing well on here. Due to some circumstances I’m no longer at Garrison. If anyone wants to know why pm me. I’ve got a couple options lined up in the meantime.

Yes they do, they can only do what management allows. They make suggestions, then management rejects them.

 

I was referring to not only recruiting in my post, but company owners an management as well.

 

I have a friend that’s a recruiter, she’s worked for 3 companies.
She’s has said that she’s made recommendations when asked about retention she gives suggestions, the cost is often negligible or none at all just a policy change and still they say no.
