Give me a second and I’ll find a pic. The way ours were they were all tied together with the electrical down the center of the air lines. And we had a spring holding them up under the trailer.
Yes if you turn sharp they’d get hooked on your mudflaps when you straighten back out but it only took doing that once and then fixing your own airline because Cliff wasn’t calling road service for your mistake and from then on you’d get out and check to see if they were hooked or not. Also if you were in a spot that was tight we’d shut the air off to the trailer and disconnect the lines while we were moving around and then hook them back up once we got out of the tight spot.Ruthless, Oxbow, Walk Among Us and 1 other person Thank this. -
Drop and hook would suck. I was happy we pulled the same trailer all the time and could have our boxes set up how we wanted them.Speedy356, Oxbow, Walk Among Us and 1 other person Thank this.

@Oxbow heres how ours were ran. With your average flatbed setup you wouldn’t be this far up under the trailer, but that spring helped keeping the lines up above the flap brackets. Still had to be careful though. When I see reefers or cow trailers with the lines underneath I think no way would I screw around with them in this situations.

@Walk Among Us you could get one of these and another spring or a bungee strap to take up some slack and get it off the deck plate if you want to. But if you climb up and onto the trailer from the front it may be better to leave it so it’s not as much of a tripping hazard.

Bungee or bolt a custom cut rubber mudflap or piece of old conveyor belt down over the catwalk to help keep it from chewing into the hose chafe protector.

Shorten up the lines from the hanging bracket to the glad hands. Also take a look at the hanger spring, some times you can shorten that as well.Walk Among Us, Oxbow and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

Easy ticket is what I see...

Don't think he would get one because his Lines are protected with the plastic wire loom ... although I know somewhere some mouth breathing dot man could probably come up with a reason... but in that situation if ain't the airlines, it'll be some other bs like not certifying logs or entering the bol numberHammer166, W923, Walk Among Us and 3 others Thank this.
