I got inspected at the banning scales last year and the inspector was a grade A douchetard. Haven't stopped since. F em..

the only one u won't get away with running is Dunsmuir, there's always a Chp sitting in the median licking his chops

My company just switched to dryvwyze on the eld. Turning in our pre pass gadget. Not mad. Screen turn green or red. Also warns of hazards. Not annoyed with it yet

I hate drivewyze .. half the time it don't even work because the app glitches out... have to close it and reload it, don't notice it until it's to late then ya got to pull in anyway..... plus only get bypassed like 40% of the time maybe.. also doesn't pay for tolls like the pre-pass does

PrePass does not pay tolls. That is a separate function.
It is usually paired with ElitePass or the like. When Swift went to Drivewyze over PrePass we also switched to BestPass for the tolls.

And yes, the app can glitch.
It seems best to check that it is functioning before you start your driving shift.

Yes it does pay tolls.... i have had the transponder myself with my own company..all I had to do was drive underneath a toll road bridge and it would be charged to my account.

I ran an experiment when I first started with Landstar 8 years ago. I had drivewize for the first 2 months. I NEVER ONCE passed an open station. Not once. Other Landstars (with prepass) were sailing by, but there I was in the line at the scale.

Thats all the convincing I needed.

And yes, prepass can now be used for tolls.

    Toll Management - PrePass

I dont use it, I still use ezpass and ktag, but yeah, prepass is getting into that.
