I drove for prime and not as a rookie either, this was a few years ago (like 10 plus) and for a mega company they actually run a very good ship for newbies, I know some megas just pump and dump but prime made sure you knew how to drive and back before releasing you
also they ran things like a small company even though they were a mega, I had an issue with my dispatcher so I wrote a professional email explaining my situation and issues to the prime corporate email and to my suprise the president of prime actually called me with the terminal manager a few days later to hear me out and took care of things that blew me away because even the company I’m at now wouldn’t do that in a million years
again this was over a decade ago so not sure how things are but I would go there as a rookie if I had to choose a megabryan21384 and FullMetalJacket Thank this. -
