I got a ticket in Beaverton Oregon. Hired a lawyer. First, Beaverton put off the trial for six months. Then, my lawyer had a criminal case and asked my appearance be put off for six months. In the meantime, the Officer left the Department. So the city dismissed all his open cases.
Never give up.
Don't ever give up on a ticket. Hire a lawyer.
