If you end up in the area, Valley Bulk in Washington PA would be an avenue I’d explore, I worked for them back in 2011-2012 when I lived in western PA. With the gas boom ramping back up I would assume they’ll be doing quite a bit with it, they’re mainly a bulk tank company, with some flats and a few dumps mixed in. It’s a family run operation, and the equipment is top notch. If I ever moved back to the area they would be my first call.
