Dude you got taken! I would have told you the same thing for half of that! That goes for any other members of TTR, I'm willing to tell everybody the obvious for a really cut rate price.

Yes, I'm sure you would take the last dime from a Western Express driver and not look back. But being the humanitarian that I am, I just couldn't bring myself to do such a thing as overcharge for common knowledge. I sleep well at night.

They are not a 1099 lease purchase company. They partner with owner ops that have their own truck and hire company drivers. I currently work here and have for some tiume

 

Are you a company driver on a W-2, then? Care to write up more details about your experiences with them? It could be informative to others researching companies to work for.

 

been a longtime lurker on here but decided to make an account after seeing this. ive been with sunstate carriers out of tavares for about 4 years ive worked for other companies too got about 8 years driving so this isnt my first rodeo. cant speak for anyone else just my own experience. ive always been paid for my loads always got my pay stubs never had money held back. if i had a question it got answered. are they perfect no. no trucking company is. but its been a decent place to work which is why im still here. steady freight steady pay no major issues for me. hell of a lot better than working for a mega. just my two cents take it for what its worth
