    A little better every day. Hemoglobin level still not where it needs to be but it's going up a little at a time.

    I get worn out pretty easily. Makes me wonder how long I was doing bad without knowing it

    Sadly, that's what happens for active folks getting knocked down. Not only do they have to build back up to health, but then to get back up to prior levels of activity....not something we can jump back into, quickly. Get better.
