What is your primary air pressure at? I believe crack pressure is 94 psi

    Oxbow and dirthaller Thank this.

One line is quarter inch that serves to pressure the engine fan switch. For gits and shigles, I pressurized that line with shop air and the secondary pressure gauge on the dash went right to 150 psi but it didn’t bleed back through the system to charge spaghetti lines on transmission

Bypassing the manifold? It's not still bypassed is it? There will be internal passages in the manifold that lead to the air lines that go to your gauge, seat air, tranny, etc.

    Oxbow and dirthaller Thank this.

Are you still bypassing the manifold? Then you aren't supplying air to whatever was leaking. Plug it all back together and find the leak. If it's the manifold itself then you'll have to replace it. Make sure you take pictures of the lines first if you do.

    Oxbow and dirthaller Thank this.

Gonna pay stealership price for new manifold tomorrow. The $90 amazon one I ordered fell apart in my hands as I took it out of the box.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

I ruined the OEM manifold trying to get airlines out…..knowing I had a new (amazon junk) manifold on the workbench.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

Ouch! Cheap Chinese junk. I'll be glad when it's all gone.

Back during covid I had trouble finding a quick connect that I needed so I ordered an assortment kit from Amazon. I've had two of them literally blow apart going down the road. I ended up throwing the whole box away.

For next time order a set of these...
