Every day I will drink either green tea or wild berry hibiscus tea with lemon. I will cut a lemon in half, extracting the lemon juice from a lemon squeegee, putting it into the tea. I no longer use honey due to sugar problems. combined with seriously changing to a much healthier diet, my blood pressure & blood glucose numbers have come down quite a bit. Also, in a 5 month period, I have also lost 30 pounds, going from 200 pounds to 170 pounds.
