    Drove 8 months for Dart as lease operator with plenty of mechanical issues. No changing vehicles or allowance for repair. Left their walk away lease and they're suing me for $5k what a joke company

    Did you have an attorney go over your lease agreement? It can be some weird language in their, and it may have kept you from a lawsuit

    No matter how many horror stories are heard about these lease purchases drivers continue to sign up for them. Truck driving is a job not a business. So how is a job as a truck driver going to be better if your employer charges you for all the costs of the job ??
