    Certainly a great day in Vera Cruz Mexico, for a great celebration..
    Be it remembered that the Mexican people love mayonnaise; and due to some supply chain snafus', there was none in Vera Cruz.
    Emergency orders were placed; expedited shipping was necessary. So the great speedy Titanic drew the shipment.....Alas, It sank.
    There was great mourning in Vera Cruz, and it was decided to establish an annual holiday to commemorate this tragic event.
    So now, ever 5th day of May, they proudly celebrate... "Sinko de Mayo"
