ADM Toledo ports you had to dump off on the scale. Put all my weight on my heals off the scales and toes over the scales. Took the guy a few years to notice that. No real need. But I can't help myself.

That's what I'm at.

I've had a couple steel warehouses get upset that I was too long for their scale. Probably didn't help the fifth wheel was slid to the tail of my frame.

Oh well just scale the back four and don't worry what the steer weighs. Trust me I'm totally legal with 48k on the deck.

 

A bottle of whiskey helped sometimes. I haven't hauled any adm in a few years. I prefer to stick with my local co-op of bandito's. The let me do what I want. We work well together.

 

I can't imagine. I'm 235" with a 42' wagon. Some buildings I don't even fit it. And some guys get cranky when the door don't close.

I wouldn't mine shorting mine. But 10" is all I'd get. Without switching cabs for a smaller bunk. Which is possible someday.

Love the looks of long stretched trucks. But would not work for me.
