    That's something I have never understood, and probably never will. Inside the shell all eggs are the same, but people will pay more for a brown egg or at least they do here.

    Friday’s “let’s build something” photo dump.
    Started on it at 6:00 am this morning, and it’s back under the trailer this evening.
    My oldest son wanted to do something of the welding, so I got a picture of him working.
    It sure looks high set at 48”, compared to 43” previously.

    We have Easter egger chickens. They lay blue, green or a light pink. Yuppies love them. We also have some brown ones too. And speckled eggers. Same as Easter eggers but they are speckled. Know your customers

    We have a lady in town that trades us a fresh loaf of sourdough bread for two dozen eggs. Once in a while we'll trade her for homemade cinnamon rolls. Cool part is we don't even have to go get it. She sends her husband to deliver because their kids like coming out to see the chickens

    @wore out Hell I'm gonna buy a smoke machine air leaks are a NEVER ending issue with any truck much less one like mine with 2 million + miles on it.
