Here’s a question, why does someone think not speaking English is not a good idea ? It’s been part of the CDL requirement already. Now they might actually enforce it. It’s getting out of control when nobody does anything. Stuff like washing feet in sinks. If someone want to live and drive in US they need to adapt to US driving rules. Just like guys wearing flip flop at some point you need stop them or change the laws.
