Those are the kind of workers that the union needs to stop defending… I can understand them defending the ones who bust their behind but the lazy ones now that’s gotta stop

 

They seem to reward the lazy ones. The ones who bust their butts are threatened in parking lots and dark corners.

 

I've got a good friend that's in the union. He hauls mostly cars , works for the movie industry. He hates the union they are in , he told me the union in California is managed much better, he's in Georgia. The UPS drivers in Georgia are in the same union as him , he said they are also not at all happy with the union. He makes great money, but has to bank a good bit to be able to make it when they go on strike. He gets nothing from the union when strikes are going on .

 

The ones who bust their butts are rewarded....usually with more work, for the same pay the lazy ones are getting.

And the union can't differentiate. They gotta do the same for a lousy worker as they would for a top notch worker.

 

If they sent it, it probably was t obvious to someone

My father in law retired from GM. He said that if they wanted a 3 day weekend with Friday being paid they would come in on Thursday with alcohol on their breath

 

What till they learn that NYC schools have a “rubber room”where teachers that are unfit for the classroom sit all day because they can’t be fired
