I work with them as an otr owner operator. They aren't perfect and I had ups and downs with them.
Home time is flexible I m home almost
every weekend and take time off whenver I need to.
They gave me an advance to do maintenance on my truck which is a + that I didnt have to pay back
to them right away.
You can have a pet and a passanger if you want to.
As long as you're not doing anything dumb you should be fine.
