Town official shoots lost DoorDash driver

If there armed first thing I tell them put down your weapon, if they do that it moves to lie down and dont move, while we wait for the Police, but if they were to pose a threat oto me or anyone else on my protery then I wouldpull the trigger, more than likely

 

He shot at someone ( a non threatening someone) as they were driving away...
That is most definately a Lapse of reasoning. God luck finding an attorney who wants to try that one
