Aye your not wrong. Though ive heard of the FMSCA shutting down brokers too if they violate safety regs enough. Id argue super ego has crossed that line.

Super Ego super messed up. Messed up the outside of the building pretty good. A hit like that could also cause issues down the line, I’d inspect the wall and joints where they hit.
