So their cars don't get damaged by hail and nevermind the F3/F4 tornado on the ground in the immediate area. They should all lose their licenses for a year at least.

The National Weather Service issues a convective outlook that I check several times a day this time of year because the forecast can change. It shows the areas where the storms are expected, typically but not always in the afternoon.
I'll be driving right into the area south of Topeka where severe thunderstorms are expected so I'll definitely be looking for a safe haven sometime in the afternoon.
