I only went to Orville a couple of times and they were always a PITA for some reason. I think that was the place that involved some back roads that gave the transmission troubles finding a gear that worked unless I shifted it manually.

That place was always a breeze for me. 90% of the time that I went there it was a drop in hook and I could be in and out of there in under 30 minutes. Only live loaded there a couple times and I don't remember that much about it so it probably wasn't too bad or I would have something to gripe about.

As far as getting there, coming from 30 is a piece of cake. There was a time or two that I went there from the north and the roads were a little bit curvaceous but I don't remember them being that bad.

One thing that I do remember clearly from there and I think I may have even commented about it on here before. That's the only place that I ever went to with Millis that had armed guards and it always kind of struck me as funny.

Lol it makes me chuckle every time I'm there. They really care about their jelly.

I remember the armed guards. I wondered how dangerous is this place when I saw them, but it sure didn't look like anything I'd seen in Memphis.

I wonder if there was some sort of problem there that inspired an armed guard?

When I was hauling mail they told me some driver got upset about something, backed into the wrong dock and wouldn't leave until the cops took him away. I was ok with missing that excitement.

I think I was only there a couple times, and one was a fairly easy drop and hook. It was getting in and out of there that I remembered being a hassle.
