    My daily logs show compliant but company shows 14 and 11 hr violations daily! What to do? New company knows nothing ! Says time starts at 12:01 to 11:59…….

    Not enough info to answer. How big is the violation? Are you/company seeing a 1 minute violation which then causes all of the driving after the violation to be a violation?

    I have no idea what your typing of "Says time starts at 12:01 to 11:59……." means.
    Who says what time starts 12:01 to 11:59. Are you trying to use every last second of your 70 or is the company expecting you to use every last second of your 70 hour clock. Do you have experience at another job where you did use the ELD without problems or are you new to ELDs? Is everyone, you and the company, native English speakers or is there some language barrier involved? We can only read what you type. We cannot read your mind of that of the people at your company. Take you time and describe the problem. Maybe we can help you.

    So the 2 gentlemen who own this company are brokers with no trucking experience. For 4 months the ELD would not record my 30 minute breaks, it said inactive! Then they got audited and magically the break option was active. The kid told me that he knows how SAMSERA works and either stop making mistakes or they would fire me! He then said that the 14 hour clock started at 12:01 am and ended at 11:59!! lol
    Man, 35 years and never problems anywhere until now! I was wrongfully terminated! They reported the truck, trailer and load stolen to hopefully get me arrested! They harassed me every second! Ended up not paying me for miles ran and now I’m looking for an attorney to sue for millions!! I have never been talked to like that and they need to learn respect!!
