    Tell them you'll provide the information when they put up 1 million dollars ironclad in writing like that Lifelock data security firm, and post a bond. that's only fair, they are wanting the things that are critical to your livelihood and chosen profession but they aren't putting any skin in the game other than some ambiguous hot air. Why should you eat all the risk ? You have to show proof of insurance to carry loads, they need to get insurance against data leaks.

    I wouldn't give Highway the access to my dog's food bowl let alone my personal information or eld data.

    I’ve said it before but I believe that sooner or later Highway will become a freight broker.

    I’ve seen this come up a lot lately, and you’re not imagining things. A big part of the frustration with Highway usually isn’t the app itself, but how onboarding data is reviewed and re-reviewed across different brokers. One broker can approve you, another can flag the same info for something minor like insurance wording, address mismatches, or how your equipment is listed.

    What helped me was understanding why those flags happen and fixing them before submitting again, instead of just resending the same info and hoping for a different result. There are a few very specific things Highway looks at that aren’t obvious if you haven’t dealt with it before.
