Agreed 100 percent. When I got my authority yanked because I did not file my miles in time it felt like no one could help. I just filled the paperwork out three times and hoped I got it right. Would love to see them all canned. Would do better with AI at this point. They are worthless to try and get ahold of.

 

Far better to call your states FMCSA office.

 

It seems I'm the odd man out here but I've always had good luck using the chat option.

No doubt. It's nice to have a written "paper" trail too for later date if needed. The phone is useless and their call back system is a joke.

 

They were no help on that situation either. They did however answer a few questions I had during that time and made sure I didn't have any other issues when I got it reinstated.

 

Ha Ha you are right on this one. I had an issue a couple years ago on a payment that I made twice somehow. Took 3 months to get the money back.

 

And ONE MORE TIME!! Where is the data that says people that cant read/write english is a danger to the public?
