Believe its a permco pump not sure on the pto but both are only a year old, never been ran more than the time it takes to raise the bucket up. I had a surgery done and the truck has been sitting for about 2 months, I just had it running to make sure everything is still moving good and I can't get any pressure. Pump engages and disengages normal, sounds normal but just don't have any pressure. I tried engaging and disengaging multiple times and about every 3rd time I can get it to move very slow if I idle the engine up but thats it. Seems like its got air in the system? Never had this issue before and its not the first time the tuck has sat for a month or so, just hoping the pump didn't crap out. Also the trailer is only a year old, cylinder is completely dry.

Did you check your oil level? Sounds like you're out of hydraulic oil
Big Road Skateboard Thanks this. -

Well the only other thing I can think of is your pressure valve is bypassing.
Star Rider Thanks this. -
This is where you gotta break out gauges and a flowmeter. Start testing components.
Star Rider, beastr123, Big Road Skateboard and 1 other person Thank this. -
I agree with deer hunter, more than likely the PRV has something in the seat or spring is broken. Does it have a suction filter or screen on the supply line, either one could be blocked. Should have a valve on the supply line it could be partially closed.
Deere hunter and Star Rider Thank this. -
Also check that the suction line isn't collapsing and blocking flow to the the pump.
Deere hunter Thanks this.
