Don't use FB. Killed it before the censoring started and when I realized that the account security, ownerhip of content, and the ease with which someone could stalk or track someone with it made it unattractive to me. Had a clueless cousin who had me linked with her account and getting a ton of phishing/spamming stuff that I killed it completely, but also to keep family peace.....I killed it in 2016, I believe, when the wokeness was getting started and found out that blood isn't thicker than water amongst family regards political choices.

 

Got up this morning and watched the pony express ride by our place.

They do a ride every year and re enact the ride along the original route. I wish I had a picture to show you guys but all I had in my hand was a cup of coffee when they went by.

Welp, late morning er so went to take out the camp trash, had a bakers dozen or so bags loaded up to find a dumpster. Main road in/out is shutdown cause it's purdy muddy, so we're weaving through tent city just try'n find a way.

Had a been 10 or more times, kids even a few young lady's just start point'n, hoot'n, hollar'n, run'n up the window, high five'n me all with the same ridiculous high level of excitement hollar'n the same line,
"IT'S A FORD F¡¿K'N RANGER!!!!!!"
Needless to say was slightly bewildered by all this excitement, & had ta ask them youtes back at camp what the deal was.?

Apparently some tiktok or youtube crap, not sure why I bothered to ask, cause I ain't really paid enough attention to retain the response.. lol

Weird world how lil Ricky full up with garbage seemed to garner more attention than a nice build like this old Ford set'n on some 52" Mickey T's...

 

Lol, no, I picked it up because the distributor had been removed and disassembled so it wasn’t running. The all new parts in the distributor along with a new coil and it seems to be running fine. Picking it up was easier for me than winching it up on a trailer to haul it home.

This was a pig in the poke that he bought at an auction and had no clue if it would run. If nothing major shows up I believe it’ll be a good little tractor….
