Heartland Express Great Compant to work for

Heartland is literally one of the worst companies I ever worked for. It’s right up there with the Russian company out of Chicago I worked for.

 

Sounds like a trick question "ah, so you're a liar then!"

 

I worked for cfi right after Conway bought them. Things didn't work out for me there. But I do remember them having gyms in some terminals, washers and dryers, even a bunk room, which you could sleep in but there were other guys in there. I couldn't imagine doing that now

Heartland Express is a GREAT COMPANY! Every time I see that* it make me laugh.

 

Sure. They have a mega carrier culture and everyone office side have terrible attitudes. I was on a regional account in Texas and I stayed in Texas the whole week but only got home for 34 hours. As soon as my 34 was up they were calling me ( this is not how it was described in the recruiting process). There’s tons of things honestly

 

To some people , it probably is.
