So, my '23 model broke down last week, and my company flew me to HQ and dropped me into a '22 model. Already didn't like the downgrade because it doesn't come with opti idol. But the absolute weird thing is that when I turn the engine off, the power to my 12V outlets cut off too. They only have power going through them when the engine is on or set to aux. It just got out of the shop and they said everything is running fine. Never had this happen before and they can't make heads or tails of it either. My regular truck is scheduled to be fixed by Wendsday, so I'm hoping they will just let me hop back in, but in case they don't, anyone know what's going on?

What make and model, years don’t mean much.

most likely a power cutoff option to prevent the batteries draining. May be changed at the dealer.

My old truck did that. It was part of the circuitry called a low power disconnect. I could turn it off in the programming, but I could never get it to stay turned off or figure out why it was actually doing it. Probably a broken wire or shorted wire somewhere on the low voltage disconnect circuit.
