To add, I did pull all of my account info this morning and I spoke to PrePass. They advised that they will be forwarding our bypass information to the appropriate state to add to their 'radar', if you will, to see if other complaints are coming in for the same thing. We are seeing a lot of the following:
    - No WIM
    - Lane Straddling
    - Incorrect weights (one weight at almost 42K, and another at 8Km when our trucks are only 33K gvw)

I just found it odd that they come out of no where and the first post they post they are asking for account info and leaving no name, just marketing...:biggrin_2554:

Sorry about that; I can appreciate your caution. My name's Adam Strichek and I am with PrePass. Any of you can feel free to call me at 1-800-PrePass (773-7277) ext. 2103. Sara, I was able to find your account using the info you provided above, but I'll give you a call shortly. Thanks!

A few things that I have found that effect PrePass, other than not being in your lane. If you are following closely to another truck, or have another non-CDL type vehicle close in front, or cut in front of you, this may effect the "reading" and give you a red light.
Unless there is some reciprocity problem, I always get the green light in Wyo., and most of the time in Colo.

contact Prepass and get new windshield units. We were having the same issue for the last 4 months, especially my truck, at first it was intermittant, then it became constant. At first prepass blamed "the nut behind the wheel", then several of my co-workers started having issues. Prepass sent us new units about 3 weeks ago, it's been perfect ever since.
