    Cod Liver is about the most complete food you can eat, you can also take just the oil in capsules. I do eat the tins as pictured above. It's mostly a Russian past time, Eastern European.

    I know a lady that's getting ready to have both knees replaced and told her if she wanted to try Omega XL that I would be glad to pay for a two month supply as a Hail Mary just to see if it helped alleviate the pain she is always telling me about. But she said no to my free offer.
