This one piece windshield ain't my favorite, but I do like this older flat easy reach dash. Much tighter rig than the '06 sleeper t800 I drove back in January..

Shower, dry , fresh shorts, pull shorts forward and sprinkle in. It will keep the sweaty swamp feeling away because you stay dry. But do it at the start of your day.
If you already got the monkey butt chafe, you have get out of your denims, shower and dry and sit still until it heals.Friend, cke, Big Road Skateboard and 12 others Thank this. -
I’m by no means saying I’m a transmission expert, but, I’ve been inside a truck load of turbo 350’s, C4, and a few 727 Torque flights. One common thing I seen others do was replace the clutch plates, pump seals, and gaskets on the valve body.
If you don’t replace the lip seals in the clutch packs in a trans that has already been slipping, you will have wasted your time. I had to make my own tools to compress them far enough to get them apart and install the new seals, which is nothing more than packing glands in a hydraulic cylinder. The springs that push the clutch pack apart after the Hyd pressure has been relieved during the shifting process can be a bear at times.
I washed a lot of the parts with starting fluid, but would in return rinse well with water and blow dry before laying the parts out to air dry. Never had an issue.
I found a 30 gal metal drum was good to set the trans down in tail shaft first, made most of the disassembly a little easier. Just my $.02….Friend, cke, JolliRoger and 15 others Thank this. -
Might need to make a trip to tractor supply for some anti monkey butt, guy I use to work with said it worked good when we were along the gulf on those hot days…..
