Don’t forget to remove all intake tubing, especially the CAC(front cooler). Anything connected to that turbo has to be checked and cleaned of any debris. I learned the hard way 15 years ago. Cost me an extra brand new reman turbo. In other words, bought 2.

Luckily I just made the turn from a dead stop to head over Blewett Pass, maybe 1mi down the road when she popped on the flat.
